Care Instructions
How to Use Your MyHalos Postpartum Essentials Kit
For Cold Relief:

Place the gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

Insert into a non-woven sleeve before applying to the perineal area.

Use for up to 20 minutes at a time to reduce swelling, inflammation, and discomfort.
For Warm Relief:

Heat the gel pack in the microwave for 10β15 seconds (check temperature before use).

Insert into a clean sleeve and apply to soothe cramps, tension, or aches.
For Daily Comfort:

Gently cleanse with one witch hazel wipe as needed β safe for postpartum recovery and sensitive skin.

Always discard wipes after single use.
