These Terms & Conditions (βTermsβ) govern your use of the Heart & Halo website and your purchase of products from us. Throughout these Terms, βHeart & Haloβ, βweβ, βusβ and βourβ refer to Heart & Halo, an online store operated by an Australian sole trader based in Victoria, Australia.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

4. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website or checkout.
Depending on your location and payment method, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees, international transaction fees or other charges. These charges are outside Heart & Halo's control.

Heart & Halo uses third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners, including Zendrop, to process and fulfil orders.

If your order contains multiple products, items may be fulfilled by different suppliers or locations and may arrive in separate packages or at different times.
Shipping and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs processing, carrier delays, weather events, public holidays, high-volume periods, incorrect delivery information and other logistical disruptions.

7. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If you realise that your delivery information is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@heartandhalo.co.
We will attempt to assist where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfilment.
Heart & Halo is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where required by applicable law.

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
